Torres was nominated for the top three to win the Ballon d'Or at one point but he is not who he used to be. Anyway, van Persie and Torres are different type of players. Torres is a player who works best as a lone striker meant for punishing the opponent on attacks, poach goals, and score from inswinging set pieces. van Persie's role at Arsenal is to create plays, take charge of set pieces, drag away defenders, and score goals. They can't be compared.

To be fair to the OP he didn't say at what, I assume he just forgot to add 'at missing the target' at the end.

Coming from a Spurs fan RVP walks all over torres. Whereas Torres has slowly got worse over the last 2 years RVP has become one of the best strikers there is.
